Rental Cancellation Policy | St. John Car Rental

All reservations booked with St. John Car Rental require a non-refundable $100 pre-payment UNLESS one (1) of the following conditions are true during your rental dates:

Your vacation is cancelled due to travel restrictions imposed by the US Virgin Island (USVI) government.
St. Thomas airport closure due to hurricanes or other tropical weather.

IF your reservation meets one (1) of the criteria above, your options are:

Apply the $100 towards any future reservation.

Receive a full refund of your $100 pre-payment.

Does not apply to previously canceled reservations.
