Cancellation Policy
All reservations booked with St. John Car Rental require a non-refundable $100 pre-payment UNLESS one (1) of the following conditions are true during your rental dates:
- Your vacation is cancelled due to travel restrictions imposed by the US Virgin Island (USVI) government.
- St. Thomas airport closure due to hurricanes or other tropical weather.
IF your reservation meets one (1) of the criteria above, your options are:
Apply the $100 towards any future reservation.

Receive a full refund of your $100 pre-payment.
- Does not apply to previously canceled reservations.
